Shipping

  • Once your payment is verified, your order begins processing. Orders leave our warehouses within 2-5 business days unless otherwise stated. With warehouses located throughout the USA, your products should arrive within 7-15 days. Please allow extra time during the holidays to ensure proper quality assurance for creation, packaging, and shipment. In most cases, you will receive your item(s) earlier than expected depending on the destination. Your patience is truly appreciated.
  • We "DO NOT GUARANTEE" delivery dates. Our delivery dates are just estimates. 
  • 99% of the time packages make it on time, however, in the rare case your package does not make it on time, please give it more time. Feel free to contact us if you do not receive your package and we can check on it for you.
  • If the package is refused for any reason, the shipping cost, return shipping cost and or re-shipping cost will be charged to you.
  • We "DO NOT" ship to PO Boxes or Military bases. We only ship to the USA.
  • If the delivery address is residential, UPS or USPS can leave the package at the customer's door without requiring a signature. In most cases, a signature is required for packages delivered to a business address.

 Cancellation Policy

  • If your order has not been shipped, it may be canceled with the first 24 hours.

Exchanges & Returns

  • Returns are ONLY accepted for manufacture defect or size exchange for the same item within 10 days or delivery, if after that time returns and exchanges are NOT accepted.
  • We will NOT accept packages without an authorized RMA #. To receive your RMA#, please contact us at Returns@RusticChicJewelry.com.
  • When a package is returned with a proper RAM authorization # for an exchange, there will be a charge of $5 for reshipment of the item plus a $5 restocking fee.  

Frequently Asked Questions About Shipping

  • "I ordered multiple items, but I have received my parcel holding just 1 of them."
    • If you place an order with us for multiple items, it is more than likely going to be shipped in more than one package. Please allow some time for all of your items to arrive.
  • "I paid for my order but did not get a confirmation email."
